The answers to what usually goes wrong, and where to go when they do not help.
Sign-in says this account does not have access
Signing in with Google creates your account the first time, so this message means the deployment you are using has closed new registrations. Existing accounts keep working; only new ones are refused. If you believe you already have an account, check that you are signing in with the same Google address you used before — a different address is a different account.
The sign-in link expired or was already used
Sign-in links are single use, so pressing back or refreshing the page you land on after Google will report this. It is expected behaviour rather than a fault. Start a new sign-in from the sign-in page.
This account is suspended or disabled
Suspension is an administrative decision and cannot be lifted from the sign-in page. Contact the administrator of this deployment. Note that a suspended account cannot delete itself either — that restriction is deliberate.
I asked to delete my account and changed my mind
Deletion is scheduled, not immediate. Sign in again during the recovery period and the account page will show the scheduled date with a control to cancel. Cancelling requires a recent sign-in, so you may be sent to Google once more before it will accept the request. Once the recovery period has passed the deletion is irreversible.
My dashboard is empty
A new account owns nothing, and AdServeKit shows that rather than borrowing another account’s figures. Connect a website first, then install a placement to begin recording delivery. Until the tracking code reports something, metrics are shown as unavailable rather than as zero.

Write to support@adservekit.com. This is also the address for a question about your data, a request to export or delete it, or anything you cannot do from the account page — including getting back into an account you are locked out of.
Four things make an answer much faster, and all four are on the screen when something fails: what you were trying to do, the time it happened, the address of the page, and the request identifier the error shows. The server keeps that identifier against every error, so quoting it finds the exact request rather than a day of them.
